Tropical villas

The houses are designed in a contemporary Thai style and fit well into the hilly landscape. Care has been taken that the central living area (living room, verandah) is well ventilated by orientating it into the normally prevailing wind streams therefore reducing the need for airconditioning.

In the living room and master bedroom area the high ceiling with domes helps to create a pleasurable room temperature and additional fan units provide most of the days enough cooling and reduces the need for costly air condition. - see more in the section interior.
