Each villa is facing the central tropical garden from the veranda and living room. The distance veranda to veranda is varying between 30-45 m, depending on location of house.
A residence internal ring road enables access to each villa and it's own carport.
The central entry point with gate control is from the side street and the residency is gated for security reasons, mainly to keep dogs away. There are no walls around the villas and therefore the indiviual plots lead borderless to the central tropical garden.
