Tropical garden / Clubhouse
The villas are embedded in a tropical garden open for all residents. The individual villas aren't seperated with a wall. As a result there will be wideness and openness. There is only a wall at the outside boundary of the landplot, to avoid access for dogs and other animals.
Don't worry, there won't be any gardening to do. The gardeners will care of all the gardens so that everything is still in good order even if you won't be there.
The Clubhouse with swimming pool invites for a plunge and a nice chat with the neighbours.
