Rental objects
We check all objects personally and inform you about the pro and cons of the desired object.
The property rental business in Hua Hin is quite unorganized and this leads to situations that objects for rent are already rented to someone. In the advertisements of the rental objects only the highlights are mentioned and often major defects omitted. In many cases the kitchen is badly equipped and the furniture very rudimentary. The prices vary between high and low season and the months from December until February are mostly booked out.
That is why we do not publish a catalog of objects but we search for you according to your criteria a suitable object in the time frame indicated. For this service we ask for a fix fee but we pass on to you all discounts if available.
Package 1: Search of a suitable rental objects
We search for you a rental object, be it a villa, bungalow, appartement etc, after you give us your guidelines and budget idea. We offer you at least 5 objects within this range and we shall try to arrange for best possible discounts.
Fixed fee: 150 Euro
Package 2: Check up of a object
You have some favourable offer from some unknown company and you would like us to visit this object and make a report for you if the advertised features are present. We make a full report and let you know if there are some problems)

Package 3: Hua Hin - a valuable introduction
When you arrive in Hua Hin you will have many questions. Where are the shopping areas, where is a nice beach, where is the hospital, where do I find a good cheese, wine and where can we dine in comfort? We make a half-day tour through Hua Hin and show you everything you want to know. This is not sightseeing but pinpointing the important points making your long stay here more comfortable.
